Thank you all for coming to the Enchanted Woodland Tea Party!

Cozy up from the winter cold with your favourite tea because this tea party will be fire! Tea party slots are limited to maintain a quality experience. The deadline for RSVPing has passed, but you can still sign up for the waitlist. If we have open slots, you can still be added to the virtual tea party. Sign up for the waitlist below:

Enchanted Woodland Tea Party Waitlist

J-fashion dress code is encouraged but not required. as we understand that some people do not have access to their wardrobes at this time.

ATTENDANCE ELIGIBILTY

Due to the limited seating of this event, we are asking that attendees submit proof of entry to our Charity Drawing by donating to United Way of Larimer County, our chosen beneficiary for this event. ENT has decided to match all donations made through this link! You can also enter by reposting our Wildfire Awareness post on Instagram (must be shared to your feed, NOT stories!) OR completing all five prompts of our #roseforetevent Instagram Challenge.

To register to participate in the tea party you can either:

1) Submit proof of donation of $10 USD or more to United Way of Larimer County, our chosen beneficiary for this event. This donation will be non-transferable/non-refundable, but will be matched by ENT.

2) Repost our Wildfire Awareness post on Instagram, “like” the original post, tag a friend, and follow the Rose Foret Instagram account. This post must stay up for the duration of the event. The post must be on your public feed, not stories.

3) Complete all five prompts of the #roseforetevent Instagram Challenge.

Please see the Charity Drawing page for more information about our chosen charity and entry details. You will be asked to submit proof in the RSVP form. You can do any or all forms of entry, but only one entry will count.

DISCORD SERVER

Bay Area Kei will be helping us manage the tea party rooms, so attendees will be assigned to chat rooms on the BAK Event Discord Server. This allows for small groups of people to easily chat and participate in activities led by the table host. We will ask for your username in the RSVP form, so please have a Discord account before signing up. If you are unfamiliar with Discord, here is our video guide to help you best utilize it for a virtual tea party. Bay Area Kei also has a tech guide and tea party guide available on their webpage as well as in the server.

NOTE: You must join the BAK Discord Server by December 11th at 3:00 PM Mountain Time or your tea party slot will be automatically forfeited. Please email us or Bay Area Kei if you experience any difficulties joining the server.

AFTER SUBMITTING THE FORM

Once you submit an RSVP form, you will receive a confirmation email with specific guidelines and information. We will continue to follow up to that email address with any additional information, so please make sure the email address is correct and to check your spam folder for any missed messages.
