Colorado Gothic and Lolita Society

The Colorado Gothic & Lolita Society or COGALS was established in 2002 on LiveJournal, but lives today on Facebook and Discord. It serves as the main hub for the Colorado Japanese street fashion scene. COGALS has played an active role in Colorado’s Japanese pop culture community, hosting tea parties, fashion walks, pop up events, and more. COGALS currently boasts more than 300 members and hosts meetups monthly (and sometimes more!). Meetups are hosted across the Denver metro area and beyond, as the community has members located all over the state. Each member is screened by moderators for entry. Kawaii 303

Kawaii 303 was founded in 2025 with the goal of providing a space for those who love J-fashion beyond EGL. It serves as the hub for Colorado’s growing gyaru and jirai kei communities, although members participate in a diversity of jfashion styles. Kawaii 303 lives on Facebook and Discord.
