Code of Conduct
Behavior & Etiquette Policy
Rosé Forêt and its members are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all of our attendees.
We will not tolerate any behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable at our event - this includes, but is not limited to: bullying, hate speech, stalking, threatening, harassment and sexual harassment. Exhibiting behavior which disturbs other attendees’ enjoyment of the event will result in a strike, and then a permanent ban if we see it again.
Please be courteous to all attendees, Rosé Forêt staff, and Grant-Humphreys Mansion event staff. Be mindful of your surroundings and treat the venue with respect. Any damage caused by an attendee will result in a $500 fine from the Grant-Humphreys Mansion.
By purchasing ticket(s) to La Vie En Rosé 2024, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct, including all policies listed herein.
Age Policy
You must be 18 or older to attend La Vie En Rosé 2024.This policy ensures a secure environment for all participants and provides assurance in case there are environments or activities that pose potential risks to minors. By restricting attendance to adults, we are prioritizing the safety of all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Dress Code Policy
For the general event, attendees are required to wear J-Fashion or a similar style of clothing. J-Fashion includes but is not limited to EGL, Ouji, Aristocrat, Fairy-Kei, Gyaru, Decora, Otome, Mori-kei, etc. Attendees may also wear formal clothing. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
For our more formal activities at the event, such as the masquerade and tea party, attendees are required to wear semi-formal J-Fashion or formal clothing.
We ask that non J-fashion participants wear appropriate formal, semi-formal clothing or a similar style of clothing.
Please refrain from wearing anything promoting hate speech or featuring explicit sexual imagery. Cosplay and fur-suits, full or partial, are also not allowed. We reserve the right to ask you to change your attire or leave the event, should we feel it is not appropriate.
Drug and Alcohol Policy
You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol at the event. Please drink responsibly. Any disorderly conduct related to drinking too much alcohol could result in a permanent ban.
Outside alcohol is not allowed at La Vie En Rosé. It is the venue’s policy that all alcohol must be served through Grant-Humphreys Mansion’s catering team. Our failure to comply with this policy may result in event termination.
Please be advised that smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the Grant-Humphreys Mansion. Although marijuana is legal in Colorado, consuming it in public remains illegal.
Rosé Forêt recognizes that individuals may engage in alcohol or recreational drug use outside of our event. We encourage responsible behavior, and we do not assume liability for actions taken by attendees outside the scope of our event. Attendees are responsible for their own well-being and safety.
Photo and Video Policy
Please note that attendees at La Vie En Rosé 2024 are allowed to take videos or photos during the event. By attending, you consent to potentially appearing in the background of such content.
With that in mind, we kindly request that attendees seek explicit consent before taking photos or videos of individuals' outfits, vendor tables, and other specific elements of the event.
Attendees may hire their own photographer, but said photographer must purchase their own ticket for the event and follow all rules and policies of the event and venue. Photographers must ask for explicit permission when photographing or recording anyone.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed at La Vie En Rosé:
Illegal substances
Firearms or weapons of any kind
Disruptive, single-use items including but not limited to, glitter, balloons, bubbles, etc..
Large signs
Any device that makes loud, disruptive noise, such as noisemakers, megaphones, speakers, etc.
Any device that can cause migraines or epileptic seizures such as strobe lights.
Accessibility Policy
The Grant-Humphreys Mansion is fully ADA accessible. For any specific questions, feel free to contact us.
The only animals permitted at our event are service animals. The ADA defines service animals as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to perform tasks or work for people with disabilities. Service animals must be under control of their handlers at all times.
COVID-19 Policy
Attendees are required to have received at least the first two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine prior to attending the event. The 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccines that are currently available are manufactured by Moderna, Pfizer, and Novavax. We recommend attendees to have been vaccinated for at least 2 weeks before the event.
If an Attendee is unable to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, they must provide a doctors note in advance.
Masks are currently not required at La Vie En Rosé. Attendees are allowed to wear masks at the event. You may be asked to remove it briefly for identification purposes.
Our COVID-19 policy is subject to revision and additional precautions. Attendees may be asked to show physical or digital proof of vaccination at the event.
